This policy explains what personal information Orange Submarine Ltd collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do (and don't do) with it. The short version: we collect the minimum we need to talk to you, we don't sell it, and we delete it if you ask.
Who we are
Orange Submarine is a commission-only sales and marketing partner for B2B software companies, operating in the UK, USA and Ireland. For anything related to your data, contact paul@orangesubmarine.ai.
What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us:
• If you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
• If you register interest via our early access page: your name, company, role, work email, and anything you tell us about your outbound problem.
• If you book a call or email us: whatever you include in that booking or email.
We do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, to send you the content you asked for, and to have the conversation you requested. We do not sell your details, share them with third parties for marketing, or add you to lists you didn't sign up for.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree and call bookings by Cal.com, both act as data processors on our behalf. Emails are handled by our email provider.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you're in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. Our lawful basis for processing is consent (you gave us your details) and legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry).
To exercise any of these rights, email paul@orangesubmarine.ai and a human will action it, usually within a few days and always within 30. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (UK) or your local supervisory authority.
Data retention
We keep your details for as long as the conversation is live, or until you ask us to delete them. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe, every email includes an unsubscribe link.
